Polish Americans Welcome President Duda in Washington DC

We invite all Polish Americans to attend a rally in the Lafayette Park in front of the White House on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 2 PM to show support for president of Poland Andrzej Duda during his meeting with president Donald Trump.

President Duda will meet with President Trump in the White House from about 10 AM until 4 PM on September 18. Among issues they will discuss will be the security concerns arising from the Russian aggression in Ukraine and the proposed Nordstream II pipeline that would further increase European dependence on Russian energy. These are issues of utmost importance to Poland, Poles and Polish-Americans as well as to the United States.

We hope that many Polish Americans will attend to demonstrate the support of our community for a strong relationship between the United States and Poland and commitment to ideas of political liberty and mutual cooperation. If we participate in large numbers we would show the White House that the interests of the Polish American community should be respected and that Poland should be seen as a staunch and valuable ally in the Three Seas Region.
